The details you care about most
The reception was fantastic. Breakfast was a delicious treat, and the honesty bar added a charming touch. Our room was clean and spacious, complete with air conditioning and a balcony that offered a amazing view of the landscape. A perfect escape!

The place was clean, I booked the double room with garden views, everything was great. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room itself was good. A hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets were very handy. The service was excellent and the food was fab. They offered ironing at no cost too.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Perfect for couples seeking relaxation
The old trees surrounding the hotel created an atmosphere of peace and privacy, which I really appreciated. Susanne's attention to detail during our breakfast was excellent, from the perfectly cooked eggs to the variety of fresh fruits.
It wasn't cheap, but you know what they say, sometimes you pay for quality and service.

pleasant stay with minor hitches
The breakfast options exceeded my expectations every morning. The hotel is beautifully kept with lovely landscaping and serene gardens. The hosts were friendly and communicated well.

The owners were friendly and cute.
The road leading to the lodge was quite challenging. It reminded me of we were driving into a forest, and the steep incline at the entrance made it cumbersome. The inconsistent hot water was a significant annoyance, likely due to load-shedding. To top it off, I found some ants in the kettle in my room, quite unsettling.
